Our specialized training focuses on the art of Muay Thai, a dynamic combat sport known as the "Art of Eight Limbs," utilizing punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes. Professor Jamie blends traditional Muay Thai techniques with modern training methods to provide a comprehensive learning experience suitable for all skill levels.

Our Muay Thai conditioning program is designed to enhance overall fitness, strength, and endurance. Through tailored workouts, functional training, and targeted exercises, students can improve their physical prowess, agility, and stamina, complementing their martial arts training.
